ONE MONTH to receive my order (#365019)
is completely unacceptable and conflicts with their customer service shipping statement, which reads: "If your order contains an item(s) with an unusually long ETA, our online ordering team will contact you to verify the ETA is acceptable."
Why did nobody in the department bother to inform me of such delay? Even after inquiring about this delay they were very slow to respond. As a business owner myself, I have been days without sleep to know that my company is running well... apparently this is not how Vivid Racing operates.
Vivid racing had everything I was bedding for my BMW! They had everything in stock and shipped right away. Thank you Vivid racing!

You take a affirm loan to order you tell them 3 times to process your order and they still cancel your order would not order from these IDIOTS
Ordered a jeep product over a month ago because it was indicated that they had it in stock on web site. No news from them, after 2 emails, they said they didn't have it and that they would contact me when they get it. Two weeks later after two emails, wrote back to me saying that they would get the product one week later. We are 2 weeks later, still no news and no answers from them. Awful service, do not buy from them!
So far experience is not good! Receive a tracking number (either it is wrong or either it's the wrong shipping address)
Was sent to somewhere in Arizona but i am in Canada, in my confirmation email it was the correct address but the tracking and it's address was not the correct one and I also pay for international shipping.
Please advise asap, I've writing your team since Friday and nothing is conclusive.
I order 2 weeks prior to have it this Thursday, if you can't let me know ASAP and I'll request a refund and buy it local.
Customer service need help!
1-Sens numerous emails: no response
2-Try the chat, it says we will communicate with you as soon as possible: no response
3- left a voice message: no response
I ordered parts on December 13th, 2020, that was shipped via FedEx to Iceland. When the shipment arrived I did not receive all parts ordered. My issue has still not been resolved today March 7th, 2021. No replies from their customer service for a month. I can not recommend this company and will never have business with them again.
Austin was very knowledgeable and helpful, will be back to buy more parts with him and vivid.
Alex was helfpul and has kept me updated with how the order is progressing
Chris K was super prompt, responded to emails quickly and was upfront about long wait times for my particular product. Vivid Racing has a huge selection and as far as I could tell in my research, the best price for Volk Racing wheels by a hundred bucks or so. My initial experience with Vivid Racing has been great.
Great customer service! Very helpful and prompt response throughout the process.

Not sure I guess you keep calling and they never answer or follow the lane voice messages and send complaint to [email protected] , however dint hold your breath for any quick responses or any for that matter! I think they put complaints in a black hole inbox and maybe read it fir laughs!

I ordered from them because I like to give American small companies my business, after getting ripped off I guess that was a mistake
